Ingredients:

  • Pear
  • Banana
  • Celery stalk
  • Ground flax and sesame seeds – 1 tsp.

Preparation:

  1. In a blender, combine banana, pear and celery with 1 cup of water.
  2. Add 1 teaspoon ground flax and sesame seeds and beat until smooth.
